  Q: How long it will take you to ship the products after my          order is confirmed?

  A: Products will be loaded and shipped within 25 working days upon                receiving your deposit.

 Even in the Christmas sales season, we still engage to deliver the ordered goods within 30 days after your deposit. Q: Do you have cooperators in our country, can you advise their names?

 A: We have to keep all buyers’ information confidential. Once we cooperate,  we won’t tell any other people of any detail about your information too.

Q: How shall I pay the total value of my ordered goods?

A: Payment is to be affected in RMB. Buyer pays for the goods in accordance with Seller's invoice in two steps:

First ---Advance payment of 50% within 7 working days after receiving the Seller's Proforma invoice.

Second---After receiving the balance 50% the Seller sends the set of original documents and the original Bill of Lading to the Buyer. Payment is to be affected by T/T to the Seller's account based on the invoice sent to the seller by the buyer.

Q: What conditions shall each carton of goods contain?

A: - Contract number;

  - Name of the departure port;

  - Name of destination port;

  - Name of consignor;

  - Name of consignee;

  - Gross weight;

  - Net weight.

  - Number of pieces in carton.

Q: Can you inform us in advance the documents needed for customs clearance so that we can verify and approve?

A: Yes, We shall obligatory check up with you the accuracy of documents needed for customs clearance. We are supposed to send the documents to you by email or by fax so that you can verify and approve the documents sent.

Each lot of goods shall be accompanied by the following original documents

Package list –2 pcs

Copy of the export declaration – 1 pc

Specifications –1 pc

Bill of lading

Certificate of Origin

Certificate of quality

And other required documents
