1. The negative pressure sterilization to ensure safety
The sterilizer which belongs to the class B sterilizer, with 37 ºC and 55 ºC two reset work cycle.
The entire process, sterilizer always maintain a relatively negative pressure ,ensure no leakage of epoxy ethane. If leakage occurs, the control system will automatically detect the leakage, and automatic suspension sterilization process and alarm, automatic discharge of epoxy ethane gas.
2. Automatic control puncturing tank
Only normal to enter the eo feeding process, the system will automatically start eo feeding device, punctured EO tank, the release of ethylene oxide gas.
3. Precise and reliable control
PLC circuit design, accurate and reliable, the circuit control system can automatically run the sterilization process, faulty text prompt and alarm, and automatically cut off the sterilization process.

4. Temperature continuous monitoring
Normal temperature is maintained at a selected temperature ±3℃, once the temperature sensor detects the offset a predetermined temperature 4 ℃, then the over temperature protection device will automatic start, and the writing mention temperature anomaly and alarm.
5. The humidity control
The sterilization process the humidity sensor open and display. According to the humidity value set, many times uniformly make the humidification, ensure proper humidity.
6. Unit of canned 100% EO gas
The canister gas installation, use, transportation is convenient, the operation is simple, safe and reliable.
7. Minimum residual gas and dilute it
When the sterilization process to the end of a cleaning automatically enters in the residual gas cancellation (fully guarantee the sterilized articles EO residues to the lowest). In the set time, use the hot air cancel the residual gas.
8. Display of sterilization process state
In front of the LCD display real-time continuous sterilization process state. (such as temperature, humidity, pressure, time and sterilization process, etc.).
Safe service life
Because the HMQ- small series of epoxy ethane sterilizer is mainly composed of a sterilizing cabinet body and an electrical apparatus control system, electric control system, the components can be updated in a timely manner, so its safe use period is mainly decided by the sterilization cabinet body, the sterilizing cabinet main body of the selected material is SUS304, it has good corrosion resistance to EO, so in the timely replacement of parts, good equipment maintenance and good working environment, it can be used safely 2400 sterilization cycles.
