1. About product quality All of our machine have CE certificate. Besides, we have a team of QC to control and inspect every single machine is in perfect condition before delivery. Because we fully understand that it will be a great trouble if machine have any problems during working at oversea.
2. About warranty:
a. Online customer service: customer can contact each BESTVIEW staff online if they meet any questions, and our staff will help to judge the situation and give our advises. Most problems will be solved at this stage.
b. Engineer Judgement: If our customer service do not work, our engineers will give their pinpoint solution to each case.
c. Warranty: Up to 24 months for repairing or replacement. During warranty period, customer will enjoy free repairing parts or necessarily replacement due to material and workmenship problem. But any men-made or inappropriate conduct damage will be excluded.
3.About instruction and usage:
We can provide a complete user manual and usage video for instruction and application. And 24/7 online consultant service ensure you whatever problem and whenever you meet, you can solve easily.
Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 3-7 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 7-15 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
After sales:
1- 24 months long warranty
2- tested the machine before send out
3- inform you the machine production schedule every two days
4- inform the tracking number once we get and tell you where is the mahine every two days till you got the machine
5- Every month we will communicate with you ask if the machine works good or not.
6- Give the answer back to you within 2 hours if the machine have any problem
