Introduction: This autoclave sterilization machine uses steam to sterilize tools especially small tools like scissors, nippers, clamps, nail sets and other objects. This means that all bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores that can be quite resistant are inactivated. Autoclaves commonly use steam heated to 121–134 °C (250–273 °F). To achieve sterility, a holding time of at least 15 minutes at 121 °C (250 °F) or 3 minutes at 134 °C (273 °F) is required (MAX 250°C in this autoclave sterilization machine).
This autoclave sterilization machine removes any bacteria, viruses, fungi or spores on tools with max temperature up to 250°C. Features: ·CE Approved to provide you with Safe and Reassuring Sterilization

1. Put the tool sterilizer in a stable surface. 2. Open the lid, pour quartzite into the pot; quartzite can not be too much(not beyond 80%of the inside capacity). 3. Connect the power,and turn on the switch ,the light turn red and the product begin to heat at the same time. 4. After 12- 18 min heater, insert the tools(scissors, razors, nail cutter, etc) into quartz sand vertically. 5. Wait for 20--30 seconds, put on the adiabatic gloves and take out the sterilized tools. 6. When the inside tank reach the setting temperature, the light will be automatically off and the sterilizer stop heating; 7. And the sterilizer will heat automatically when the temperature is lower than 135 degree, indicator light will turn on again.
Attention: 1. Do not plug on before identifying the voltages of product and electrical source are congruent. 4. Do not let children touch the product when working. 5. Never use the product when there is no quartz sand in the tank. into quartz sands. 8. After disinfecting, it is necessary to turn off the power switch and wear gloves before take the tools out. 10. Cleaning should be done after the product is plugged out and cool down. |
