How to use

the Ion 3 part cleanse nourish and firm can be used everyday(not on neck) the lights can be used everyday. 

use the 3 part ion every day with bio oil for a week and the lights for the first 3 days and maybe once more at the end of the week.then i skip 4-5 days of having to use it at all.

and if you use it right and consistently it really works.it took 10 years off  face and you can skip a lot of time in between use before you notice a gradual decline in that youthful appearance it gives and then it comes right back in one use.
