1.How to buy?

Buyer sources product------Talk about your order details with the seller via email/place online order----Buy pays----Supplier ships order----Buyer confirms delivery


2.How to pay?

We accept T/T, Escrow,Western Union,Paypal and Money Gram,which type of payment terms you want to use,let us know.

Full payment must be made within 7days if online order,or the order iwll be invalid or canceled by the system,if the payment problem please contact our customer service staff,we will be the first time for you to solve.

Make sure that your have completed all the detailed information like contact person,address,post code and telephone number when filling in your buyer’s information.


3.How to ship?

For online order ,we will send the goods within 3-5days after the full payment has been confirmed,if the payment is not available,your order will be closed automatically.

For OEM/ODM order,we will discuss according to your requests and quantity.

DHL,UPS,TNT,Fedex:Process time+shipping time takes 2-6days to most of countries if without custom clearance problem,but might meet custom duty.Shipping by DHL,EMS,FEDEX,TNT,AIR CARGO,SEA CARGO,CONTAINER etc according to specific order with standard packaging.

The buyer are responsible for any insurance.Problem and damage which caused by shipping service such as accident,delays or other issues.Besides the buyer should be responsible for any tax/duty charge by their country.As usual,for small quantity,the goods will be make as “gift” or “sample” for your easier customs clearance and less charge(if you want to declare the goods as the other item name or specify an value for custom,pls infrom us when making the order


4.How about the package of the products? It’s branded or neutral?

It’s optional,tell us which type you want before shipping,Neutral packages support trading company and wholesaler and distributor selling all over the world.


5.How long is guarantee time?

If any problem happens,let us know,our team will try our best to solve them for you.Warranty time is one year after shipment,beyond warranty period,we will charge maintenance cost and freight cost.
