HIFU(High-Intensity Focused Ultrasonic
is a highly precise medical procedure using high-intensity focused ultrasound to heat and destroy fat cells & tissues present in the body of the patient thus removing the unwanted fat cells.
In a HIFU lipolysis procedure, pulses of Focalized ultrasound (focused on fat cell) are given, which rupture the fat cells. The depth of each pulse is 1.5 to 2 cm, same depth as Liposuction; this intern ruptures the fat cells very specifically.
