Packing: Usaually, Outer package in Wooden case, Inner package in PE foam, this packing way can protect the machine well, can avoid damaging during the delivery, but we can according to your requirement to chanange the packaing.
Delivery: Usually, the machine ship via DHL, but we also accept other shipping way, like EMS, TNT, Fedex etc. And will send you the machine whtin 4 working days after payment.
Q: Do you have any warranty?
A: Yes, we have. 12 months warranty on host machine, 3 months months free replacement warranty for handles, treatment heads, and parts.

A: The machine will be sent out within 3-6 days after payment received
