Principle

Cryo cool-sculpturing technology refers to the treatment gradually reducing the subcutaneous fat. The fat cells are cooled down to zero degree and become solid. The low temperature selectively damage fat cells while leaving skin or muscle intact. The dead fat cells then are excreted through the liver.

Technical background
Excess fat affects the people’s appearance and athletic ability, and it may also lead to various diseases. Fat accumulates in various parts of the body, including thighs, buttocks, abdomen, knees, back, arms and other areas, which will result in not only an unsightly appearance, but also has a direct relationship with the major health risks, so we need effective ways to control or eliminate excess body fat.

Liposuction is a cosmetic surgery procedure to remove excess fat deposits, realizing localized bodily sculpting and helping people to get slim. Usually the procedure is done with special surgical instruments in plastic surgery or dermatology. It is an invasive way to remove the subcutaneous adipose tissue.

Freezing fat removal process

Preparation before use
1.Install the 4 attached caster wheels on the machine, fasten the screws.
2.Install the attached on-hook on the machine, put the probes into the corresponding racks.
3.Before using the Cryolipolyse Cool-sculpturing Slimming Machine, it is required to open the inlet and overflow behind for adding distilled water or purified water.
4.Connect the attached water funnel to the inlet, start adding purified water until water flows out from the overflow, and then close the inlet and overflow.
5.Check the host power cable is connected.
6.Check the key switch of machine is connected.

Treatment process
Test the heart rate of the patient before the treatment [50-100 times per minute]
Check the fat thickness
Clean the treatment area, remove the hair around.
Mark the size of the treatment area.
Paste the antifreeze film on the treatment area
When receiving treatment, the patient should be sitting, making a 90°angle between his/her upper part of the body and thigh.
Use the freezing device to suck the skin of treatment area gently, and then set the intensity of the vacuum suction.
Use appropriate and constant suction intensity, the suction intensity is adjustable according to the patient's individual vulnerability. At the same time, the mode of suction and massage can be used.
After 25-30 minutes of treatment, press the pause button to suspend the suction, check and add antifreeze fluid.
Repeat Step 10 until the completion of the treatment [once again press the start button to repeat], after that, turn off the power.

Treatment settings
30 – 60 minutes to each part (depends on the thickness of localized fat)
You can only treat part by part, for example, to dissolve fat of the entire waist you need complete several courses. Please do not treat more than two parts of body in the same course of treatment.
Take another cooling procedure at the same position 2 months after the first course, which can reduce the extra fat layer thickness.
Ideal candidates for the Cooling procedure are relatively fit, but have some modest-size fat bulges that are not easily reduced through diet and exercise. They are seeking spot reduction for specific areas of fat, but are not considering a surgical procedure. The for Cool-Sculpting procedure is not intended for weight loss or obesity, and it is not a substitute for invasive methods such as liposuction.
Proposed use of clinical parameters:
P1:5 oC~ 0 oC (default 30 min) – is recommended for treatment part with less fat.
P2: 0 oC ~ -2 oC (default 30 min) – is recommended for treatment part with moderate fat.
P3: -2 oC~ -5 oC (prednastavené 30 min) – is recommended for treatment part with much fat.

Urgent button
When you feel the suction is too strong to bear or the temperature is too low, press the urgent button switch to stop the treatment.

Points for attention
The machine must be operated by professionals.
Do use antifreeze fluid.

- Life-support artificial heart-lung machine or other equipment;
- Portable ECG measurement device;
