* Work Theory:
IPL (Intense pulsed Light) is a kind of color light with high energy, broad spectrum, various wavelength, which could effectively penetrate epidermis to dermis. This light could reach different layers of skin, and absorbed by targeted tissue, so IPL could successfully kill the hair follicles then remove unwanted hair permanently. It could also close the abnormal blood vessels, effectively treat the telangiectasis. And could decompose abnormal pigment cells, then remove all kinds of spots. What's more, it could stimulate re-growth of collagen and rearrange the elastic fibers. Then show you a much healthier and younger skin .
