Product Description
2 stage Reverse osmosis and EDI High pure water plant :

Feature
1. Multi media filter with flushing pump, for the pre-treatment of raw water, removal of the colloids, suspensions.
2. Micro Filter: stainless steel security filter to remove the small particles such as small quartz sand, carbon particles, ensure the outlet water precision and protect the following high pressure pump and membrane.
3. UF: Ultrafilter electively remove the small particles, colloids, bacteria, hot source and organic polymer.
4. RO: reverse osmosis achieve the solution separating with high pressure press the concentration through RO membrane , to dilute the solution . The salt rejection rate 98%, effectively remove the harmful substance such as organism, silicone gel, bacteria and virus.
5.Dosing system: with low level alarm unit and automatical adjust as per feeding water floww and water quality change.
6. Water tank: 316 SS material.
7. Complete PLC control with touch screen interface;
8. Raw water pump control & Multimedia pre-treatment filter control;
9. High pressure pump with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) ;
10. Energy recovery device, 35-55% energy saving;
