Features and Advantages 

1. The blending system adopts advanced triple blending and frequency converter for speed adjustment, which can meet production of different technology requirement. 

2.   Advanced homogenizer with unique structure and reliable sealing (the mechanical seal adopt Germany Bergman product), and the emulsifying rotation speed can reach 0-3500 rpm (Taiwan’s teco frequency debugger), and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5μm . 

3.   The vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirement of being sanitary and aseptic. The vacuum material sucking can avoid dust, especially for powder products.

4.  According to technological requirements, the tank can heat and cool the materials. The heating method mainly include steam or electric heating according to customer requirements.

5. The emulsifying pot lid can adopt hydraulic lifting system, easy to clean and the cleaning effect is more obvious, the emulsifying pot can adopt tilt discharge.
