Freezing filter perfume factory equipment
Description
This unit is made of quality stainless steel 304 or 316L. It is equipped with US Sandpiper pneumatic membrane pump which is used for positive pressure filtration; Moneurop Freezer, and Danfoss Valve.
Components: air-type refrigerator, pneumatic membrane pump, 1-piece frame, 2-steps filter, pressure gauge, Thermostatic control system, insolated storage tank, hygienic pipes, valves and fittings, foot wheel.
The connecting pipes and fittings are hygienic grade mirror polished; quick assemble clamp connection; very easy for assembling and cleaning.
The lowest frozen temperature can reach -15°C.
The max working pressure: 0.4Mpa – 0.5Mpa
Structure: half-open lid, slope bottom, double layers with stainless steel screw pipe between for freezing water.
