Brief description
This machine is specialized for liquid mixing (such as detergent, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc), it can also beused to mix different kind of liquid, and liquid withsolid in other industries. This mixer is featured with mixing,dispersing, homogenizing, heating, and it is an ideal machine for liquid mixing.
Features and Advantages
1.Made of imported SUS303 orSUS316L stainless steel .The tank body and pipe are subjected to mirror polishing .
2.Bottom installation type dispersing head and SPX Pipeline type emulsifying head are optional to speed up dissolution and emulsification of materials .
3.The stainless steel electric control cabinet can completely supervise the operation of requirement,and display such data as temperature and blending rotation speed etc.
4.The all-round wall scraping mixing adopts the frequency converter for speed adjustment, so that to produce high quality products of different processes according to customer requirements.
5. the self-suction type AES dissolver can shorten dissolving time, so as to save energy consumption and shorten production period.
