About our process of production

 1. Equipment: Many kinds of imported machining centers (there is 500MM-1600MM), import much one of electric spark, more than ten sets of home equipment, include 6. 3T-125T puncher

2.Material: Iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, alloy steel, aluminum, cold rolled steel with various plating

3.Surface treatment: Many kinds of plating (Zinc, Nickel, Chrome, Tin, Ag); Painting, Powder, Anodizing, E-coating, Silkscreen, Heat treatment

4.Specification: OEM service as per customers' requirements, with in-house tooling design and fabricating (Smoothness, without burrs and impurities)

5.Production experience: Specialize in the stamping part area for over 10 years

6.Production skill: Toughness good and wear resistance in stamping mould

7.Packaging: A simple packaging + carton (up to your requirements )

8.Sample confirmation: Before start mass production we will send the pre-production samples to customer for confirmation. We will modify the mould until customer satisfied.
