1 . Product info
Since the micro beer brewing equipment come into the world, it has greatly enriched the beer industry,also (brings)a new style and charm daily life for our human beings.It's and also ideal choice for the Hotel, grill house, restaurant, bar, dining and entertainment to self-brewing beer and directly provides an enjoyable feelings for customers. It features by exquisite and luxurious appearance, small footprint, it not only provides high ornamental value, but also allows guests to intuitively watch the whole process of beer production and knows more about the beer culture .
The whole set of equipment includes mashing system, fermentation system, cooling system, control system, CIP systems and other components, The vessels for various systems adopt Height to diameter ratio optimization design, all systems use sus304 stainless steel or red cooper and the argon protection side welding molding technology , thus the inner wall of the vessel welded corners are clean enough to provide quality assurance for the production of high quality puree biological beer. At the same time, the stability of the DCS control system makes the entire equipments high intelligence, it achieves unattended in the true sense,thus it becomes automatic intelligent bio-fermentation equipment to provide a strong guarantee for the production of the bio beer.
The mashing system is composed by the the mash tun,lauter tun and process piping, mash tun is the steam-heated double layer tank, outside material is stainless steel or red copper ,lookes very nice in appearance, the interior is made of stainless steel features by solid and durable, the inner and outer of tank sandwich use of polyurethane foam insulation, steam jacketed heating area can provide sufficient evaporation to guarantee the production of bio beer evaporation, the insulation layer can effectively block the leakage of heat energy and achieves good performance; lauter tun also has the same features as the mash tun interior outsourcing and insulation functions, the frequency conversion rotary blade is installed at the top of the lauter tun to ensure that the loose and flat slot layer can achieve fastest filter,diameter to height ratio is optimized in order to ensure a beautiful and effective filtration area,thus achieves fastest filter and most beautiful appearance.At the same time,The Pipelines are optimized to make the whole mashing system compact without mess and make the layout rational.Lauter tun discharge distillers' grains by dry methods so that to avoid environmental pollution,but also reduce production costs and the labor intensity.
