Product Information.
Fermentation system consists of fermentation tank, bright beer tank, yeast propagation equipment. The fermentation system of Zunhuang Brewing Equipment Co.,Ltd, absorbs the fermenting technology of different kinds of beer, according to the needs of the masses of customers, research, development&design department improved the structure of partial equipment based on existing standards. Tank interlayer cooling zone using good quality stainless steel 304 plate, the cooling medium is alcohol water. There’s a sight glass on the tank body, a inlet&outlet on the bottom, double-acting vacuum safety valve, diaphragm pressure gauge, closable sight glass, back pressure, exhaust&CIP port on the top, spray ball inside, back pressure exhaust pipe and CIP pipe outside, besides the tank is equipped with sterile sampling valve, and Pt100 platinum resistance, 80 type sight glass spotlight, elliptical upper head, no cleaning dead corner, and sampling valve. It’s convenient for manual operation and manual cleaning, can realize automatic and semi-automatic control of the whole process of beer fermentation by PLC automatic control system. The cleaning manhole of fermentation tank can divided into upper manhole, side manhole, and waist manhole.
