1.DHL----usual 3-5days 2.EMS-----7-20days 3.TNT------3-10days 4.FEDEX-----4-10days 5.UPS----3-6days Remarks:the shipping time is different between countries . the time above are the usual time. FedEx, UPS are also available, but the cost is more higher ,if you need the dress in emergency ,please inform us.
(6) How to order :
1) If you are interested in our dress , you can send us an inquiry with all the information you want to know by the input box as below ,or you can also contact our salesman on our webpage by Trade Manager, 2) We will give you prompt reply when we receive your inquiry. Usually we reply by email ,so pls keep your eyes on your mailbox , and pls kindly reply our email if you receive it, or we will resend again, hope you can understand. 3) Once we confirm all the details like color ,size ,quantity etc, we will start to process the dress as soon as payment confirmation. 4) We will send you the photo after the dress is finished for you to confirm ,and then send the package to you, and give you the Tracking Number.

If you have any questions about your order , you can contact our salesman anytime ,we will reply soon and help you solve the problem, if you need slight modify on the size, we can do it for you for free. After the package send out , we will also keep tracking your package and inform you the news.

Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. 2) Once our company has approved your request, please send the item and deliver by cheapest shipping way. 3) Your return will be processed in 1 to 3 business days.
