- If there is a new tooling cost, please pay for it. If not please pay for the delivery cost.

- Arrange 30% deposit for the mass production.
- After the goods finished and QC test, arrange the balance 70% before shipment.

Q: 1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q: 2. What is the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-7 days prepared; mass production time needs 25-35 days normally.
Q: 3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Our MOQ is 1000 pcs, but we accept smaller quantity if clients want to test their market.
Sea Port: FOB Shanghai.
Q: 4. Do you have design services?
A: Yes, we can make the new design according to your need.
Q: 5.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A: We usually ship by LCL or FCL by sea, air shipment and express delivery.
The delivery time is according to the way of shipping - Usually 30days by sea delivery, 5-7days by air or express delivery.
Q: 6. Can we have logo on the case?
A: Yes we usually make emboss, print, rubber or logo puller on the case, we can also make hot transfer printing, deboss logo etc. Please send us your logo artwork so we can suggest the best way.
