High Glossy Uv Board in 4*8 FT
Rolling pu panit as color on the surface of MDF ,then rolling three time uv and one time high ligh uv coating,The back adhisive the melamine paper
*High -temperature resitance :The surface uv double bonds are opend to crosslink with active units to form a network structure ,Which is stable and highly -hear-resistant and not liable to soften .
*Easy-Cleaning :UV has high curing efficiency above 99.6% and the surface is finished with a spray-coating mode ,Hencethe coat is even and smooth and is easily in cleaning.
*Corrosion-resistance: The UV -Cured coating has high acid-,alkaline -and chemical resistance .Thus the dense uv structure can protect the board from wine ,sauce and vinegar in kitchen .
*Friction-resistance :Setting uv has high hardness (above 3H),and after 100000cucles of super -wipe ,Then uv coating will not be worn out and even become much bright .

1)Loose Packing
Covered with transparent film ,Two sheets face to face placed .
2)Pallet packing
Covered with transport protection film ,Two sheet face to face placed ,Around 50 sheets in one pallet,Fou side Cover the protective fibreboard, then Round it up by the steel stape .
Container loading reference: 1220mmx2440mm (4'x8') Thickness 18mm
20 feet container: Loose packing can load 450 sheets ,pallet packing can load 400-420 sheets
40 feet container: Loose packing can load 650 sheets ,pallet 600-620 sheets
