*High - temperature resistance
When the coating is cured through UV ,its double bons are opend to crosslink with active units to form a network structure,which is stable and highly heat- resistant and is not liable to soften.
*Easy-Cleaning
UV has high curing efficiency above 99.6% and the surface is finished with a spary-coating mode ,hence the coat is even smooth and is easily in cleaning
The UV- cured coating has high acid -,alkali-,and chemical -resistance .Thus it is not harmed by wine ,sauce and vinegar in kitchen .
*Friction-resistance
Setting UV decoration board has high hardness(above 3 H),and wear-resistance and after 100000 cycles of super-wipe UV-curd coat will not be worn out and even it become much bright.

UV Panel is widely used as interior decoration material and is the best material for cupboard; wardrobe door, sliding doors, furniture inner doors, bathroom decoration, kitchen cabinet and other indoor decoration.

Packing: 1) Inner packing: Each panel surface has transprent protect film 2) Outer packing: Pallets are covered with 3mm package mdf /plywood and then steel tapes for strengthening; 3) The edges of packing are wrapped with carton paper to prevent from product's damaging in the loading, unloading and transportation process |

Question 1: What is normal production time of orders?
Answer 1:
Normally production of the product is 15 days ,But it also depending on the quantity
ordered the timing of the deposite received .
Question 2: How can I get samples promptly?
Answer 2:
For small quantity of sample order, we we'll send samples through your courier or airfreight by freight collect,
otherwise, we will send samples by sea in LCL shipment upon your request, seafreight is a lot cheaper than courier and airfreight.
Question 3: What's the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Answer 3:
50 pcs.
Question 4: How can I trust the quality of the merchandise?
Answer 4:
a.SETTING has qualified QCs who inspects each order before shipment.
b.The QC is conducted based on the international standard, including appearance test, material test,
drop test, package test, etc.
Question5: How can I get C&F or CIF price?
Answer 5:
Normally our quotation is based on FOB price. Pls inform your destination seaport and order quantity,
we will quote you the C&F or CIF price accordingly.
If you feel our freight is higher than your expectation, you can recommend your shipping company to us.
Our principal is look for a good reputation shipping company, which offers competitive freight, and can
delivery your cargo Promptly.
Question 6: Payment terms?
Answer6:
a.Actual order: 30% deposit by T/T in advance to confirm the order, 70% balance paid before shipment.
b.pay by L/C at sight, transferable, Irrevocable.
