The Advantages of Setting LG PET MDF Board
*Eco-friendly : The PET widely used in food packing Which is food -grade biodegradable material ,All of our PET materials imported from Korea LG company which absolutely eco-friendly ,No toxic gas
*High Flatness:eliminate orange peel texture ,weather resistance ,no color fading,no color variation
*Less toxic gas released :Use the Germany Jwoat PUR- hot- melting glue to adhere to the MDF under the high temperature Which ensure the less toxic gas released and let the PET film combining with the MDF more cosely ,no delaminating
*High chemical resistance :It is tested with detergents ,stains (coffee ,mustard etc ) liquids on the surface and it fulfills the high resistance again external pollution (1B Class )
*High stratch -resistance :The surface is tested with the pencil on the surface and it is rated 2H level
*Color Stability :Internal test with exposure over 400hr in xenon chamber certify that ever color is perfectly

Packing: 1) Inner packing: Each panel surface has transprent protect film 2) Outer packing: Pallets are covered with 3mm package mdf /plywood and then steel tapes for strengthening; 3) The edges of packing are wrapped with carton paper to prevent from product's damaging in the loading, unloading and transportation process |

Question 1: What is normal production time of orders?
Answer 1:
Normally production of the product is 15 days ,But it also depending on the quantity
ordered the timing of the deposite received .
Question 2: How can I get samples promptly?
Answer 2:
For small quantity of sample order, we we'll send samples through your courier or airfreight by freight collect,
otherwise, we will send samples by sea in LCL shipment upon your request, seafreight is a lot cheaper than courier and airfreight.
Question 3: What's the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Answer 3:
50 pcs.
Question 4: How can I trust the quality of the merchandise?
Answer 4:
a.SETTING has qualified QCs who inspects each order before shipment.
b.The QC is conducted based on the international standard, including appearance test, material test,
drop test, package test, etc.
Question5: How can I get C&F or CIF price?
Answer 5:
Normally our quotation is based on FOB price. Pls inform your destination seaport and order quantity,
we will quote you the C&F or CIF price accordingly.
If you feel our freight is higher than your expectation, you can recommend your shipping company to us.
Our principal is look for a good reputation shipping company, which offers competitive freight, and can
delivery your cargo Promptly.
Question 6: Payment terms?
Answer6:
a.Actual order: 30% deposit by T/T in advance to confirm the order, 70% balance paid before shipment.
b.pay by L/C at sight, transferable, Irrevocable.
