High gloss HPL MDF board for inner decorative steps :
1.We adopt E1 grade MDF and laminate high-quality pvc film as base material, ususlly use white melamine paper back;
2. High glossy UV lacuqer face paint and then finished by quickly ultraviolet curing.
3.Each board surface coverd by transparent film to protect surface well.

Wood Grain UV Board is a newly fascinating decorative board, Features as follows: 1) High glossy, high brightness, mirror flat.
2) The melamine paper painted by UV is of high hardness, scratch-resistance, no deformation when with hard shock
3) Vivid color and beautiful wood grain styles, lovely and attracting
4) Made with German technique, E1 grade board, perfectly combining the Germany PUR hot-melt-adhesive temperature.
High polymer composite board Usage :
Can be door panel for kitchen cabinet ,bedroom wardrobe ,bathroom vanity and other kinds of furniture . The edge banding can be PVC,acrylic ,aluminium alloy .
