Q: How to get a sample?

A: For old customers, we can provide samples free and customer only  need pay 

    express freight. For new customers, we will charge 50% higher then the unit price

    as sample fee and customers need to pay express frieght also.

Q: How to pay express charges if order samples?

A: For those customers, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, can give us your account 

    and we will send the samples by freight collected. For those customers, who do not have an

    express accountm we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the 

    freight charge driectly to our company accoount. Then we will delivery the  samples by prepaid. 

Q: How to pay sample charges?

A: You can pay to our company account, When we received the sample fee, we will arrange 

     to make the sample for you. The perpare time for sample will be 2-7days. 

Q: What is yout terms of payment?

A: Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% of total 

    amount as down payment and the balance paid before delivery.
