Our newly developed wheat flour milling machine,adopts a double arc flank profile belt, which has features such as a balanced transmission, low noise, and unique roll bearings. Compared to normal wheat flour mills, it is practical to operate and stable. Moreover, it is sensitive to changes in the clutch gate of roller mills. It can be controlled manually pneumatically for convenience. With the motor inside and a compact structure, it is completely enclosed, thus the operation is safe and reliable.
The engagement and disengagement of the grinding cylinders and feed rollers is performed by a pneumatic automation system or the optional of manually operated system. It can be equipped with either auto or manual controls. With a wedge-shaped belt drive the slow and quick rollers, as well as pneumatic or manually controlled feeding, suitable for the flour milling machine plant.

(2) Sifter: to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to ensure flour quality.
