The advantages of the diesel engine is high power and good economic performance.Diesel engines have many same places with gasline engines at working process.Each working cycle also has the intake,compression,power and exhaust four strokes.However,since the fuel the engines used is diesel,the viscosity is bigger than gasoline,not easy to evaporate,while the auto-igniton temperature is lower than the gasoline,thereby the formation of combustible mixture and ignition mode are different from gasoline engine.The main difference is that the diesel engine cylinder gas mixture gas mixture is compression ignition,not lighted.When the diesel engine working,the air entering the cylinder,the air in the cylinder compressed to the end,the temperature can reach 500-700℃,pressure up to 40-50 atmospheres. When near the top dead center,the high-pressure pump on the engine inject the diesel into the cylinder with high pressure,diesel form of subtle oil grains,and mixed the air with high pressure and temperature,diesel hubrid gas burn itself out,violent expansion,generate power,push the piston down to do work,in this case the temperature up to 1900-2000℃,pressure up to 60-100 atm,the power generated is large,so it is widely used in big diesel vehicles.
