We have two different technic for different product, investment casting and normal sand casting. these two technics for any material are all ok.
We have quality control center, to insure the quality, include Measuring & Weighing; Rapid Analysis Befor Pouring; Sand Testing Equipment;Brinell and ARockwell Hardness tester; Metallographic Anlyzer. all of thic can control the quality since the Casting water till to finish the first sample.
Machining:
We have CNC and NC machine to insure the machining quality.
Our company has the ISO9001-2008 certificate and TS 16949, And our product 100% export , mainly to USA ,France,Germany, Janpan etc.
