Uses:
This unit applies to blowing high-density polyethylene (HDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) plastic film, widely used in food, clothing, textiles, daily necessities and other civilian goods and industrial packaging. Raw materials through the recipe can produce pearl film and degradation film.
Features:
Screws, barrels 38CRMOALA alloy steel, formed after nitrogen treatment and precision machining, high hardness, corrosion resistance, durable.
Die hard chrome plating, the structure of spiral mandrel type uniform melt extrusion, blown film finish: air-cooled device labyrinth structure with even air output. The traction devices using the lift and down adjustment depending on the process requirements.
3. Coiling unit adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding, driven by torque motor, rewinding and changing easy.
