Boom & Arm We are specializing in the production of various kinds of standard booms, arms, and extension jibs for construction machinery. The specifications and types can meet the requirements of over 90 kinds of excavators such as KOMATSU, KOBELCO, HITACHI, KATO, SUMITOMO, CAT, HYUNDAI, DAEWOO, etc. Considerable improvement has been made with reasonable selection of materials and thickness after analysis of stress concentration part through FEM with the help of CAD system. The inside buffer plate is to support tensile load, which prolongs the service life of excavators. Ultrasound wave inspection is applied to check faultywelding points during the inspection period of assembly line. In order to further confirm the machine reliability, extensive jobsite operating trials have been conducted. We also can design various kinds of extension jibs according to customers requirements. There are two kinds of extension jibs: two-segment type and three-segment type.
