Question 1: Can I order the custom baseball cap with my own design & logo?
Answer: Yes, we are OEM factory, so we can make any cap based on your
artwork or original sample.
Question 2: Can you make the sample for approval before starting the
mass production? How can I get the cap sample?
Answer: Yes, the sample must be offered for approval by email images,
if you need to check the actual sample, we can send it by express, while you have to take on
the sample delivery freight.
Question 3: How soon can I get a sample made? How can I make the payment?
Answer: For the simple design , it takes about 5 days. While it costs more
time for the complicated design, such as digital printed fabric, embossed logo..
The sample charge can be paid through PayPal, Western union.
Question 4: How can I get my caps shipped if I place the order to you?
Answer: It depends on the order quantity .
Normally,
10 to 1,000 pieces, the caps will be shipped by express (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc ),
it's the DOOR To DOOR service;
1,000 - 2,000 pieces, we suggest to ship by air ( Airport to Airport )
more than 2,000 pieces, we suggest to ship by sea ( Sea Port to Sea Port )
