1.After QC, we must cut the thread and blow the dust one by one;
2.Fold the caps and then pack into the polybag,
3.Noramlly pack 25pcs per polybag and inner box, then 100pcs per master carton,
4.Carton size:57*47*37cm, Master carton:11.50kgs.
5.For 100pcs-300pcs, we suggest to ship by Exress, such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX..., it's the door to door service,
And for 500-1,000 caps, we suggest to ship by sea or by air,
More then 1,000 caps, we suggest to ship by sea.

Question 1: Can I order the dad hats with my own design & logo?
Answer: Yes, we are OEM factory, so we can make any hats based on your artwork or original sample.
Question 2: Can you make the dad hat sample for approval before starting the mass production? How can I get the sample?
Answer: Yes, the sample must be offered for approval by email images, if you need to check the actual sample, we can send it by express, while you have to take on the sample delivery freight.
Question 3: How soon can I get a sample made? How can I make the payment?
Answer: It takes about 5-7days.
The sample charge can be paid through PayPal, Western union.
Question 4: How can I get my bulk order if I placed the order to you?
Answer: It depends on the order quantity.
Normally,
100 to 300 pieces, will be shipped by express (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc ), it's the DOOR To DOOR service;
500 - 1,000 pieces, we suggest to ship by air ( Airport to Airport )
more than 2,000 pieces, we suggest to ship by sea ( Sea Port to Sea Port )
