OEM Casing Heads for Conventional Wellhead Equipment
TLL metals aluminum die casting products by die process. sodium silicate casting, lost wax process and investment casting process with weight from 0.02grams to 30kg.
We offer three types of castings: sand casting, gravity die casting, die casting and permanent mold casting process.
Casing Heads
- Straight-bore design that accepts either DO-1 or DO-2 casing hangers
- DO-2 straight-bore prevents test plug from wedging
- Line pipe threaded outlets, studded or flanged end outlets can be provided
- DOL-2 is same as DO-2 but with locking pins in flange
- Can be prepped for Bolt-on-Base Plate which can allow for higher casing loads
- Bottom preps include slip-on weld, slip-on weld (o-ring) and Threaded (8 round) connections
- DO-3 and DOL-3 are also available if high casing loads are present
