Product Application
Raw material:PE/PP waste film plastic
Final product:PE/PP granules
Output:100-300 kg/h
Main process flowing:
1.Feed inlet
Put the raw material into the feed inlet ,then it will go to the granulator through the conveyor.
2.Main granulator
When the raw material into the main granulator,it will be melted into solid.
There is heating wire in it, and the wire is made of copper,one of the properties of copper is that conduct heat quickly.
3.Auxiliary granulator
The heated solid then enter into the auxiliary granulator,strong hydraulic will push the solid into thin threads through the mesh,and thin threads will trickle down to the cooling tank through the discharging hole.
4.Cooling tank
Mainly used to cooling the hot threads from the discharging hole of the auxiliary granulator.
5.Hobbing pelletizer
Cutting the strings into averaged size granules.
Bagging machine
It used for storage the granulates,then put them into bags.
