About Welding:
In main production line of welding ,we adopt excellent welding robots developed by
Japan.
By using welding robots ,joints will be more stronger and the products quality will be more
reliable.
About Painting:
We adopt full-automation painting production line ,we paint for the following
three steps .
First, grit blasting to make the metal attach the paint more easily .
Second ,power coating for two times , one is White bottom powder ,the other is the
colors you need .
Third , we use the baker to heat the painting at temperature of 320 degree centigrade
for 30miniutes to ensure the paint to be glossy and durable.
