Calcium Carbonate Filler Masterbatch
Calcium carbonate filler for plastic
SLPLAS®CC35 Filler masterbatch is specially designed to be used blowing film products to portly replace HDPE, PP. It works by Dispersion technologies to modified powders to keep the same performance with Polyethylene.
This leads to the following benefits:
-Reduced the overall material cost.
-More easy to striping mold on injection product.
-No any dark spot on products surface.
-Keep more glossing surface of proucts.
-Can keep good mechanical properties on film
-Low water content by itself.
Technical Data
The nomal addition level can be 10-30%, depending on the kinds of plastic material and requirement.
-HDPE T-shirt Bag can be added 10-30%.
-HDPE rubbish bag can be added 20-50%
-LDPE shopping bag can be added 20-30%
Packing
SLPLAS®CC35 is supplied in regular pellet form packed in 25 kg bags. It should be stored in a cool, dry place.
Recommended storage life: up to 12 months provided it is stored as directed.
