Beer filling machine

Our glass bottle beer filling machine use bottle base handling method and bottles are lifted at filling position. for different bottle sizes, height adjustment is required for different machine units and change over parts need to be replaced. conveyor height adjustment is not required. Isao baric filling is used and gas containing liquid can be filled. filling level is stable. spring type rinsing clamp is used. empty bottle overturns by 180 degree; automatically along guide track to rinse bottle inside.

plum blossom shaped rinsing nozzle is used to give high rinsing efficiency by rinsing bottle bottom from different angles. filled bottles are sealed with crown corks to ensure airtight sealing. crown corks are sorted by inclined centrifugal sorter that will not damage cork surface. cap hopper will signal the cap conveyor to feed caps automatically in case of cap absence. the machine is capable of recirculation cip cleaning. other functions include waiting in case of bottle absence, automatic stop in case of cap absence in cap chute, etc.

this machine is fabricated according to corresponding safety rules. the machine structure enables its non-hazardous operation in time of regulation, service, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting. during performing of such job, the machine ought to be turned by hand or using jog switch.
in case those safety devices shall be deactivated during maintenance and repair, this must be done by trained and authorized persons. check that there is no tools or rags in the bottle channel and all moving parts are not obstructed every time before switching on power.
