Product Recommendation:
This machine adopts exclusion design of reciprocating cutter. Its frame is made of steel . It works smoothly. The tool life is doubled. Simple centre-guided positioning is devoted to more easy replacement and operation. Bottles are driven by brushing DC motor of the first generation synchronously, and the institutional design makes it easy to maintain. Also it is easy to manipulate the person-machine interface which is of top brand and stable. Various configurations of motor are all of European standard which can be offered to customers. Elecreic eyes of high standard are of precise signal and accurate judgement. The security frame of the main part is designed operator-orientated.
VR knob which is used to adjust the working speed is simple to use and widely used. It is suitable for all kinds of bottles and cans of different shapes and materials( such as plastic, and glass bottles, PVC, PET, PS and ironcan for food, beverage ,detergent, medicine and wine). The machine can be assembled to the whole production line. It fits for both empty bottle and filled bottle. It is automatic and fast to save labor . Forcing direct setting way has advantages of precise positioning and high speed. And powerful technological team are ready for the special requirements of customer to make non-standard changes.
