Semi-auto PE film shrinking and packing machine
Usage
Workers put the bottles with carton on the operation table. After placing then start the button to move and push the material cylinder. The packaged material will be sent into the cutting and sealing machine. After cutting and sealing, the carrier devices will send the material into hot shrinking stove to shrink the film which cover the bottles and carton, then cool it. and from the cooling conveyor belt to the stock. When the first package was sent to shrink, at the same time workers can place the second package to push material to cut and seal. Repeat the first packet of the cycle processes.
Two main parts:
1 semiautomatic cover cut and seal film machine
It can cover a film to the material and cut the film and seal it.
2 semiautomatic hot shrinking and cool device
It can shrink PE film at a high temperature and cool material.
