Shrink-trainning Machine
This machine can recover,release and increase the shrinkage of the fiber. When lycra fabric meets this skill, it will be more elastic and have a good spring-back. And for other fabrics without spandex yarns, they can have soft and smooth hand feeling, and will never go out of form.
Mercerzing Machine from Korea
This machine can make the fiber to be puffy from flat, and after the fiber is well-developed, it will be easy to be permeated when dying. Finally, when the fabrics are finished, the surface is more glossy, and the color is more evenly distributed. And, the hand feeling will be smooth, soft but stiff.
Singeing Machine from Korea
This machine can burn out the roan of the fiber, and make the fiber smooth. So that the fabrics will have a smooth hand feeling, and good looks both in color and gloss.
1.Samples Offer
We can offer you samples in A4 size in free, but you need to pay the courier charge. And, for yardage samples, we have to take sample charges from you. And, please note, for some items, the yardage sample is unavailable. If you need samples, please contact us, when we get your message, we will reply you ASAP. Thanks!
2. MNQ (minimum quantity)
For all the items, we marked the minimum quantity in the item description. But if you have some special requirements, please contact us, because for some normal items we can make, but price will be different. And, for some special items, we may cannot make when the quantity is below our MNQ. Thanks!
3. Lab-dips, handlooms and samples making
We can make lab-dips and handlooms for you in free. Normally we need 4-10days, depends on the material of fabric. When the material of the fabric is special, and we don't have the greige stock, for lab-dips, we advise to make the colors on other similar fabrics, Please don't worry, we can control the colors when do the bulk.. For the handlooms, when the material is not available, sometime we have to advise you to buy roll samples. Roll samples making, we need 20-35days, dependes on the fabric. And, this we will take charges. Thanks!
4. Payments
We'd like choose T/T payments as our first choice. For L/C payments, we can accept 3 monthes at most, and only when the amount is more than USD 60,000. For all the new customers, we choose T/T pay. Deposit 30%, and balanced before shipment. Thanks!
5. Bulk Quality Confirmation
We will send you 2m/color shipping samples in free for your confirmation before shipment. 2-5m,you pay the courier charges, more than 5m, we will show on the packing list. If you have some agent in China, you can ask them to check the bulk in our warehouse. Thanks!
6. After-Sale Service
We'd like to solve any problem for you. For the quality problem, we hope you can check the quality carefully when we send production samples to you. As you know, if the problem was found before delivery, we can solve it easily. But when ship out, it's so trouble to us. Anyway, we will take the reasonable responsibility. And, you can take the samples of the items you ordered from us freely in future until we cannot offer it any more. Any suggestion will be welcomed. Thanks!
7. Delivery Delay
For some reasons, sometime we will delay the ETD. Especially this year, the government closed amost half of the dying mill arround, and control the pollution discharge seriously, this will make the influence on our producing time. Anyway, we will try our best to avoid delay, and if cannot avoid this problem, we will control the delay time within 7days. Thanks!
