The magnetism voltage regulator doesn’t have mechanical transmission and contact point. It can run smooth infinite variable voltage regulation with load. The voltage regulation is controlled by DC current. It can be either open circuit manual operation, or close circuit auto control as per different control signals. This product is the execution element in the auto control system.
Scott magnetism voltage regulator is a kind of three phases to two phase magnetism regulator. It can regulate two output voltages with single phase load. It can also regulate two output voltages separately according to different requirements of two single phase load.
This product is suitable for heat treatment, heat process, electroplate, speed regulation etc. Magnetism voltage regulator is widely used for dry salt bath furnace, vacuum furnace, electro-slag furnace, glass electric furnace, single-silicon furnace, poly-silicon furnace, cracking furnace, and various resistance furnaces etc.
Working principle
Magnetic voltage regulator made up of transformer and saturated reactor, composed of two parts, its work process is the use of regulation characteristics of saturated reactance to change power voltage in the transformer primary winding (WB1) reactance winding (WG) on the distribution ratio, so as to adjust the second output voltage
Magnetic voltage regulator specified voltage range is aimed at rated load resistance, if the actual use load resistance is not equal to the rated value, voltage regulator range changes, particularly obvious will be in the voltage lower limit region. Therefore, the general magnetic voltage regulator is not suit for no-load voltage.
Magnetic voltage regulator containing saturated reactor, due to its current limiting effect, therefore can obtain a good drop characteristic, but load voltage waveform distortion, the distortion degree is related to the size of output power.
