Ladle refining furnace transformer is in the category of electric furnace transformer. The output voltage is relatively low, electric current is large. Electric arc is stable. Electric current fluctuation is small. In order to adapt to the change of furnace condition, the transformer is using precision voltage regulating with load.
Application of refining furnace transformer
Ladle refining furnace transformer is a specially designed according to production process characteristics of ladle refining furnace. The transformer should meet the following requirements: temperature increase speed required by refining furnace; precision voltage regulation; and stable operation.
