ZXJ-380+HFM-2000 Automatic pillow filling machine is a perfect combination of ZXJ-380 pillow filling machine and HFM-2000 ball fiber machine.It can be used to make pillows filled with opened fiber and ball fiber.
ZXJ-380 AUTOMATIC PILLOW FILLING MACHINE
(filling inaccuracy less than 25g)

Working principle:
The raw material suitable for ZXJ-380 Automatic Pillow Filling Machine is polyster hollow fiber(either siliconized or non-siliconized) 7-15D×32-64mm.
Feed the fiber evenly to opening machine (whose capacity is 120kg/h), the fiber is opened and blew through pipes to a silo by a fan. There’re photo-switches on the silo, when the fiber inside is full, the opening machine will stop automatically.
Then the fiber drops down from silo and blew again by a fan to filling nozzle, then be blew to pillow case. There’re two filling nozzles which work in turn. When one is working, you can cover pillow case on the other. The clamps on nozzles are controlled by foot switch.
There’re two worktables close to the nozzles, which can flap the pillow during filling in order to make filling even.
HFM-2000 BALL FIBER MACHINE
(with production 60-80kg/h)
Usages:
It is mainly used for making pearl shaped fiber from conjugated siliconized hollow fiber. This kind of special fiber can be used for garments, comforters, pillows, toys, and make products look more rich and fluffy. The size and tension of fiber ball can be adjusted according to customer’s requirement.
