HFI-2000 waste fabric recycling machines
The general specification of rag tearing line is as below:
1, The rag tearing line is made up of one set main opening machine, one set automatic cotton feeding machine, one set falling fiber box, three sets cutting machine, automatic waste deliver system and two sets bale packing machine.
2, When install the rag tearing line in assembly line, the workshop should be with length of 20000mm, height of ≥ 4000mm, width of ≥ 2000mm.
If not in assembly line, the workshop should be with length of 12000mm, height of ≥ 4000mm, width of ≥ 4000mm.
3, the rag tearing line needs 2-3 persons to operate.
4, the capacity of the rag tearing line is about 80-120 kg/h. (the line has different capacity with different material)
