JDJ-2000 Foam mattress packing rolling machine
This machine is suitable for packing foam mattress with thickness less than 30kg/m2 or equivalent stiffness spring pressure packing.
Its advantages are as below:
1, high production efficiency, 25-30 seconds for finishing packing.
2, very simple operation, just put away the mattress and bag, pressing a button to automatically complete the operation, usually 5 minutes to learn skillful to operate the machine;
3, Lower packaging costs, each mattress only need a diameter of about 320MM of PVC or PE bag.
4, After rolling the mattress or sponge volume greatly reduced, thus greatly reducing product transportation and warehousing costs.
