Square flange rotary feeder for bulk material discharge
Square flange rotary feeder for bulk material discharge are used as metering devices for dry free flowing materials of various size shapes, used with mixers, tanks, blenders, silos, classifiers, dryers, dust collectors, hoppers and cyclone collectors. The capacity of airlock valves varies from 50 kg/hr to 50,000 kg/hr depending on the product characteristics and virtually in almost all industries working under adverse operating conditions of temperature and pressure.
Main Features
1) Drive parts consists of the planetary cycloid pin wheel reducer, large and small sprocket, drive chain, sprocket guard cover and other components, it is the power part to the star feeder.
2)Impeller has six blades, body cavity will be evenly divided into six fan-shaped cavity grid by blade. When it works, the drive part make the wheel rotate, the material in the upper silo or hopper will flow into the body from the grid positions in the central sector, with the impeller run to the bottom position, put the material evenly transmitted to the next conveyor. In addition, the star feeder has a good sealing performance, when it stop, it also can be used a sealing gates, lock the material of the upper silo, not to leak.
3)Star feeder before installation should be preceded by running the wheel , to see whether the rotation is flexible, otherwise it should be checked whether there is other debris and demolition, and after cleaning and adjustment , it only can be started.
