depending on the applications these plants may include:
1,plastic lables separator
seperating the plastic lables before crushing
2,conveyor
after seperated the plastic labels then transport into the crusher for crushing
3,crusher
for crushing the plastic bottles and with water for washing at the same time
4,helix washer
after crushed then transport the plastic flakes to be upper side , the water will flow from upper side to be down and take away the dirty thing together
5,hot water tank
the water with high temperature (80-90℃)is inside the boiler. the bottle sheet gets clean after boiling and stirring inside the boiler . and the lables attached in the bottle are separated with the bottle body .
6,first dehydration
after heatibg then the plastic flakes will be removed the soda by dehydration .
7, floating washing tank
the plastic flakes will be cleaned again in the tank after the first dehydration, the pp caps and the PET flakes will be separated based on the different density , and the PET flakes will be cleaned again too.
8,preliminary fitter cleaning zfter plastic wastewater, sewage pool again into line
9,second dehydration
After some times of washing and for dehydration again then the plastic flakes will be much cleaner , after dehydration then the humidity wil be approx 25%or lss .
10,drying
after washing &cleaning then the plastic flakes will be dried by the hot air drying system ,and will be the regenerative resource again .
The whole line can wash the dirty on the surface of waste plastic easily from beginning to end . This system digests and absops international advanced concepts and technology,it also combines the characteristic of second applications of waste plastic .The main materials this system handle are PP,PE,non-woven fabric,milk bottles and other garbage mixing materials ,waste woven bags,plastic bags ,life plastic bags ,waste agriculture film. The line can handle waste agricultural films and waste packinging meterials from step to step. The capacity range is 200-1000kg/h.
