A.B Raw materials are conveyed to injection head on the rack truck’s by the filter metering pump, the injection head moves back and forth on the patterned paper at a constant speed , scraper on the assembly line’s scrapes the materials into film, and then heating the film into foam, which will be laminated with the base material( Split Bonded Leather, Substrate leather or Other Material) when the PU foam present a stringy state , the compression roller grinds them into a synthetic, at last, the PU leather will be separated on the assembly line after heating and shaping in drying oven.
Component:
Adopting PLC,touch screen man-machine interface,and servosystem to control casting,move as per preset track,accurate positioning,which can meet the prodcution need of round,square and special inregular shape items,high production efficiency,stable performance.
1)First coating on the original layer .
2)Second coating need install our solvent-free coating equipment(replace the stickup layer and wet process layer).
