PU adhesive NP-46F has the following characteristics:

 

Physical properties:


1. Appearance: white viscous liquid

2. Main component: PU resin

3. Solid content: 15±1%

4. Viscosity: 2000~2400 cps/25oC (LVT type)

5. Shelf life: 6 months

 

Applications and characteristics:


1. High performance in weatherability, heat resistance and anti-aging yellowing properties.

2. Easy for operation, good bonding strength for absorbing materials adhesion ven one time gluing.

3. PU glue NP-46F has high solid content, high bonding strength and good initial/final bonding strength. No strings during glue application.

4. Excellent for high class sport shoes and men's shoes bonding.

5. It has wide application for all materials of shoe-making industry, such as: phylon, EVA, PU leather, PVC, TPR, leather, PU foam and RB, etc.
