APPLICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS:

1. Easily operation, for general purpose .Good weather resistance and bending resistance.

2. High performance of heat and water resistance.

3. It has long Tack retention time.

4. It is widely applications for all materials, such as adhesion of metal, rubber, leather, wood, plastic, cloth etc.

 

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

1. Appearance:yellow viscous liquid

2. Main Component:polychloroprene

3. Solid Content:27 ± 2% .

4. Viscosity:7200 - 8200 cps (25℃, LVT).

5. Shelf Life:12 months .

 

PROCESS:

1. Remove the oil, dust from the bonding materials.

2. Direct brush the adhesive onto the material surface and dry at room temperature for

20-30 minutes or 50-60℃ for 4-6 minutes then assembling together.

3. Added 3% of hardener, like No.104. For higher bonding strength , heat resistance, or weather resistance.
