HM-626B is hot melt adhesive designed for plywood bonding .With high bonding strength, moderate setting
speed, middling open time, excellent heat-stability and heat-resistance, HM-626B can be widely suitable for different
hot-melted equipments.

Composition: EVA copolymer
Appearance: Light white slice block
Toxicity: none
R&B softening point: approx. 113°C
Brookfield viscosity:
150℃--------aprox.19600 mPas
175℃--------aprox.9000 mPas
200℃--------aprox.3800 mPas
Heat-resistant temperature (loaded with 500g): 60~65℃
Application Instructions
Recommended application temperature:135-175℃(Don’t exceed 180℃). The viscosity and setting time
can be adjusted by changing the glue temperature, the application temperature should be adjusted based
on the practical use (raise 5℃in winter).
The cover of glue tank should be closed after filling adhesive lest the adhesive might be polluted.
If the plant line stops for over 2 hours, the glue temperature should be tuned down to about 100℃to
avoid the aging of adhesive influencing the adhesion performance. If the applicator stops for over 8 hours,
the glue in tank should be emptied.
HM-626B should not be mixed with any other type of adhesive
Packaging and Storage
Shelf Life: 12 Months in dry and cool environment
Packaging: 25 Kg/bag
Cleaning:
The glue tank should be cleaned by paraffin or naphthenic oil, MSDS should be consulted for proper
handling before use.
Warnings:
Wear goggles and adiabatic gloves when filling hopper or pot.
Keep plant ventilated and forbid any fire.
